Along with the development of market economy, the position in national economy of private factory is increasingly important. However, because the private factory paid attention to the material benefit mainly for a long time, and ignored the concern about the manpower capital, the manpower capital has already deficiently become the key problem of perplexing the private factory .So, combine the characteristic of private factory and set up a series of effective incentive mechanisms, will be helpful to improve the utilization efficiency of the manpower capital and management quality inside the private factory, and is important for the private factory to improve lastingly in a healthy way.This paper regards the salesmen of Nanjing Dingyang Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, combine the actual conditions of this enterprise, and design the suitable incentive mechanisms of personnel. First of all, this text has reviewed manpower capital and relevant theories encouraged, establish the theoretical foundation; Secondly, introduce the current situations about Nanjing Dingyang Technology Co., Ltd in detail, especially the original incentive mechanism of the salesmen, and put forward the problem at present accord with the investigation of staff satisfaction; thirdly, article optimize the incentive mechanism form four respect about material, spirit encourage, develop encourage and performance appraisal; Finally, propose several suggestion on the actual execution in the company of incentive mechanism that is optimized relevantly.This text has been analyzed and optimized to the incentive mechanisms of salesmen of Nanjing Dingyang Technology Co., Ltd., the result of this text have sure guidance functions to perfect staff incentive mechanism, optimize manpower capital, meanwhile, it has certain reference meanings to optimize the scheme of encouraging and improve the utilization efficiency of the manpower capital for salesmen in other private factory.
