Study On The Protection Of National Intellectual Property From National Enterprise Reform

As the core of the competition in enterprise, Intellectual Property became more and more important to the survival and development of enterprise. Following the deepen reform from our National Enterprise, a series of problems coming to our National Enterprise.In this thesis, the author depending on the status quo from Intellectual Property of our National Enterprise, studying the difference in National Enterprise's Intellectual Property of different industry and deferent size, the author summarized the three bigger problem of Intellectual Property in our National Enterprise's reform, which were been rife neglected, serious drain and lack tactic from protection. Furthermore, based on analyzing the reason of these problem in our system and our society, the author deeply study on the legal connection and the character of Intellectual Property .Finally from the protect principle, by macroscopically way and microcosmic way, the author discusses some problem to be solved in the study on the protection of national intellectual property in National Enterprise. The author point out: Basing on the whole principle, dynamic principle, mechanism principle, actual effect principle and benefit balance principle, we need pay more attention on macroscopically way such as tactic, form, personnel and mechanism point of view to protect Intellectual Property, and in current National Enterprise' reform such as in MBO, in employee allocation phase.
