A Study On CC's Corporation System Reforming And Public Listing

System reforming and Asset reorganization is an important mean for enterprises to adjust resource collocating and to enhance competition. With the quick development of Chinese economy and the acceleration of globe economy becoming a whole body, the competition between enterprises is becoming more violent. In order to improve strength, enterprises must adjust the unreasonable resource collocating and structure. The public listing after reformed makes enterprise more transparent and enhances the outer governance and establishes a long-term financing plat. And the IPO Pricing is also through a circuitous period up to today's price enquiring from institution.. This Study analyzes the various modes of reform and reorganization, the effect of ownership structure and governance structure to company performance, the various calculation methods and conditions of stock value evaluation. The details of CC are introduced from the aspects of background, current status and market environment. Based on the introduction of CC, the reforming and listing programs are designed. The article consists of six units. The first unit does the introduction of the enterprise practice of reforming, reorganization and pricing. The purpose and the technical way of this article are also determined, which is including creating reasonable ownership structure and governance, asset perfecting and financing. The second unit analyzes the main theory of asset reorganization and system reforming, effect of ownership and governance structure to company performance, the modes of IPO pricing and value evaluation. The third unit introduces the CC's background, current status and outer environment. The fourth unit includes the necessity, purpose and details of reforming & reorganization. The fifth unit designs the detailed public offering scheme including stock pricing. The sixth unit is the final conclusion and advice.
