The Research On The Relations Between Investment Of Human Capital And Economic Growth

The economic growth is a complicated phenomenon. There are many factors to influence it .Experience shows that the investment of human capital has close relations with the development of social economy .So ,in this article ,we apply the Cobb—Douglas production function to analyse the relation between the investment of human capital and economic growth .Meanwhile ,we use the method of regression analyse assay the factors which have an influence on the effiniency of the investment of human capital.The regression results indicate: as a whole , economic growth mainly depends on capital investment since the reform in our China .And the relation between the level of human capital and the economic growth is not evident .There are some reasons to explain the results .On the one hand ,it relates with particularity of economic development phases .On the other hand ,the main reasons include the low level of education investment ,the irrational investment collocation and the factors of system. Aim at the above-mentioned reasons ,we provide some methods to improve the investment efficiency: increasing the educational investments ,optimizing the investment structure and reforming the education system.
