The Strategy And Way To Caoke Chicken Industrialization

It is well known that Caoke chicken is one kind of quality chickens of Sichuan province, which will be a promising market prospect. The further development of Caoke chicken must be related to the situation of Shimian county and take industrialization road. The spot inquisitions and studies for more than twenty years, the selection-breeding and conservation, disease treatment, Caoke chicken products deep process and so on have got exciting development, but Caoke chicken industrialization has been in a preliminary stage, there are many problems and restricting factors which block the industrialization process of Caoke chicken industry. The main problems include the husbandry management system didn't work well, the quality of Caoke production was quite different among individuals, small-scale central enterprise, low technological products, defect feeding management, and the leaders didn't pay enough attention and so on. In this paper, some measures and suggestions are put forward to realize the Caoke chicken industrialization in Shimian County according to aforementioned problems, the measures and suggestions including system breeding, well feeding management, enforcing disease control,the assessment of meat quality and the feeding skill and so on. At the same time, this paper also offered some suggestion for the industrialization process of Caoke chicken industry: combining the development of agriculture, forest and animal husbandry, enforce the breeding work and build up the breeding system, the government should help developing the small-scale central enterprise and help the increasing farmers in the Caoke feeding field, helping them looking for the market and enforcing the co-operation with University to do some research work, increasing themeat quality and decreasing the price and so on.
