An Research On The Financial Support Mode For The Optimization Of Industrial Structure In China

Great achievements in economy have obtained since the founding of the People's Republic of China, but our economy is not really in a sound way. With the variation of international economic environment and the acceleration of adjusting global industrial structure, the international competition turns more intense than before. In the new round of industrial structure adjustment in the whole world, china must speed up optimizing and upgrading industrial structure in economic development.The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in china is inseparable from financial support and choosing financial support mode has great influence on the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. The goal of optimizing and adjusting our industrial structure can be realized only through financial support, and this is the key point according to the actual situation of our national economy. The finance structure of bank as leading factors and capital as leading factors are two financial structures to support the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. Both have advantages and disadvantages, the importance is to moderate the relationship and proportion between them.This dissertation is divided into four parts. Chapter 1 is an introduction. Chapter 2 is the related theories for industrial structure and finance development. Chapter 3 is mechanism, factor and qualification of finance for supporting the optimization of industrial structure, the positive effects and negative influences of the current mode on optimization of industrial structure. In chapter 4 the author explains the crucial factors of financial structure according to model analysis, on the basis of which the author puts forward the financial support mode for china's industrial structure adjustment and some beneficial suggestions about how the finance accelerates the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure.
