A Study On The Guarantee System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the reformation and opening, small and medium enterprises have been developing very fast in our country and playing a more and more important role in national economy. But it is extremely hard to finance in the process of small and medium enterprises developing. How to resolve the problem? An effective way is to establish and improve the Guarantee System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In this paper, the writer analyses why the system must be improved in theory and in practice. Comparing to the foreign successful experience, the writer proposes some suggestions in macroscopic angle and in microcosmic angle to improve our country Guarantee System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
