Tibet Construction Bank will set up modern financial enterprise's system , will finish shareholding system transformation smoothly, gain taking the initiative in the fierce market competition, must strengthen the planning and development of the human resources , optimizc the disposition and use of talent resources, advance the personnel and encourage tied mechanism to reform further.Incentive mechanism is key supervise, control and core of distribution system of bank , set up scientific performance appraisal system the key to perfecting incentive mechanism.
