| Financial crisis prealaming is an important respect of enterprise's management, is a subject for research paid close attention to extensively by domestic and international scholar too. With the economic environment marketization , internationalization day by day of our country, the financial crisis that enterprises face grows with each passing day, the persons who are correlated with of every interests of enterprises pay close attention to the financial crisis day by day, so the prealaming research of the financial crisis possess the abundant realistic meaning. Meanwhile, enterprises encounter the financial crisis, the administrator may reduce the staff and reduce propping up, thus strengthen the pressure on employment of the society, cause various kinds of social crisis, so enterprise financial crisis prealaming research possess certain social effect too.The research reported in this thesis is supported by financial crisis. Firstly, this thesis explains the fundamental principles of the index system of industrial economic operation prealarming. And fully discusses some questions such as the establishment of the prealarming index system, the selection of weight. Next, the thesis studies on establishment of the prealarming index system emphatically. It establishes a pre-alarming index system suitable to practical need of DBC (DONGFANG BOILER GROUP CO., LTD) after taking account actual situation of DBC and principles for establishing prealarming index system. Based on the study, it establishes a financial crisis prealarming system. Finally, it gives a positive analysis using some data of economic operation of DBC form the year 2000 to the year 2004. The result of analysis proves that the prealarming system is feasible. After computer program designing this prealarming system is proved to be applicable. In addition, it analyzes the prealarming result by index system of "Do Pont financial analysis diagram" to verify the feasibility of the pre-alarming system. |
