Data mining is a very broad interdisciplinary, it incorporates database, artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics of theory and technology. Using data from the mass of data mining methods of mathematical found useful knowledge. The knowledge that can be used for information management and query optimization, decision support, process control, and can also be used for data maintenance. Data mining method and mathematical tools including statistics, the decision tree, neural network and fuzzy logic, linear programming, etc.Clustering is an important Data mining field, it is in accordance with the requirements of the certain rules and will classify things of a kind of mathematical methods. With the rise of fuzzy mathematics, use of mathematical method of fuzzy problem, people gradually research accurately and fuzzy uniform will rise. Paper fuzzy mathematics theory is applied in the fuzzy clustering analysis of data mining, discusses how to use the fuzzy relation between sample analysis of correlation between samples, the fuzzy clustering analysis in data mining application of main steps. Also, the improvement of FCM algorithm, the proposed algorithm, and I - FCM analysis and comparison of programming, finally using decision tree algorithm is discussed.
