The subject of the thesis is The Information Website Development of Huludao Local Taxation Bureau. It applies Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6.0 as operation platform, it was developed with ASP technology, the program language is VBScript, JavaScript and HTML. Its web page was designed by Dreamweave, Flash, Photoshop and so on. Its background database was designed by Microsoft Access 2003.The successful project could bring about the broadcast of information of Huludao Locality Taxation Bureau. So it makes an active website drived by database. It makes dynamic web pages'code working on the server while the contents showed on client browsers in original HTML language, so we needn't worry about if the visitors'language or tools is suitable with the website server. Moreover the visitors can use all packages safely on the server without installing any other special programs.The project has realized not only the static web pages designed by HTML language, for example:the introduction of the Bureau, taxation article, working knowledge and skills, etc, but also the dynamic web pages based on ASP, such as taxation discussing, and so on. It has realized dynamic management to most items of the website, for example:on-line library, on-line news, etc. Meanwhile, It could connect ASP with Sybase database on the remote server, realize data query of the tax collection and management systems cross servers.In this thesis, the information website development background, the social demand and the realization significance are mentioned firstly. Then the design and the implementation of the website are introduced with emphasis. In the part of the website design, the whole scheme is proposed on the website realization goal, the realization mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the website are given detailed description. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the web page. Finally, in this thesis, an objective evaluation of the website is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the website detected in the testing.
