Discrete event control system (DECS) is a branch of the discrete event in control system, widely existing in industrial control system, it is a sort of complex artificial system. Rule-based description method (RDM) adopt the method of separating procedures and data, Providing a solution to modeling and implementation for the DECS ,it has been used in practical systems and has achieved good results, but it need further perfected.Rule base is the core of the rule system, its consistency and completeness directly effect whether it is available. The rule libraries is artificial-maintenance, and adjust cyclically with operation of the system, it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the rule base. Logic rule description language (LRDL) is a kind of definition of rule-based description method, strictly syntax defined and easy described, it is readily for the field engineers to master and use. But LRDL can not be directly identified by the machine; first, it should be compiled into data files with specific format, then, downloaded it to the lower position for the virtual machine. This dissertation, firstly, compares RDM with the wrong of structure of expert system to find their differences and similarities, analyze the detection methods with three representative structure, re-defines the representation of four types errors in the control system, achieves the target that it is effective to detect errors in rule structure t, in correlation matrix ways.Secondly, considering problems of the difficulty to analyze and realize classical morphologies and grammars, but LRDL grammar itself is relatively simple. Using regular expressions instead of state transition diagram of the lexical analysis and grammar spanning tree of the grammar analysis, can implementing a relatively simple analysis program of LRDL morphology and grammar. Finally, the paper discusses rule-based description method used in the belt cluster control system with concrete application example, expatiates the key part of the rules verification and compilation process.
