Ocean is an important site for human survival and development. Acoustic ,as the most important medium for water , is one of the important research topic.Researchers in related fields have been trying to apply the perfect electromagnetic communication solutions to the underwater communications system. However, due to different communication medias and the large noise and multipath effect. Of underwater acoustic channel there are still a lot of difficulties to be overcome, and many problems to be solved.Through the analysis of the dolphins and bats which use Ultrasonic to locate and communiction ,it is found that they commonly use multifrequency such as Chirp Modulation sweep frequency to locate and target identification. This finding has important implications for underwater positioning and Quality perception. Based on the research of Multi-frequency system of bionics and Underwater acoustic channel ,in this paper we propose a new method for underwater positioning and Quality perception. The result shows that the proposed mthod can well percept and analyse the suspended matter in sea water. The main contents of this paper are as bellows:1.Analyzes the signal properties of dolphins and bats locating. We apply some useful mechanism of bionics to Acoustic positioning and quality inspection.2.Based on the research of objects depicting problems of High-speed motion trajectory and the problem of Multi-path, ,in this paper we design a portable systems for High-speed moving object tracking and positioning. The result shows that the proposed design Get the desired effect.3.By using the Echo signal detection method that Dolphins and bats take in target identification ,we design the "ellipsoid"Water suspended matter detection system. The result shows that Different suspended matter have different spectrum attenuation characteristics .
