Encryption and authentication is effective means to ensure security of electronic payment, digital signature technology can meet the confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation requirements in electronic payment process.The development and improvement of wireless networks, as well as the popularity of mobile phones and other mobile devices make mobile payment become a branch of an e-payment gradually. The combination of digital signature technology and mobile devices simplifies the electronic payment process, brings convenience to the great majority of users, reflects many inherent advantages of mobile terminal device and enhances the security of electronic payment. Simply speaking, electronic signatures created in mobile terminal device have become known as "Mobile Signatures", it has a very good development prospects, a great potential market, and will become a new trend of electronic payment.This paper presents a convenient, innovative and highly secure electronic payment. The first two chapters of the paper illustrate the research significance of the subject, introduce the development of e-commerce and e-payment, advantages and disadvantages of various electronic payment, present key concepts of electronic payment based on mobile signature. ChapterⅢstates the design of electronic payment system based on mobile signature mainly including Mobile Payment System (MPP), terminal subsystem—Mobile Signature System (MSS) and technology used in the systems. The design process is under the directions of normative documents on mobile signatures enacted by ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute). ChapterⅣmainly analyzes in very great detail the application of encryption theory and core mechanic in electronic payment system based on mobile signature.
