As the development of communication technology in the world, mobile communication makes people's life more easy and plenty. So more and more people depend on mobile communication technology, and more and more people used to use mobile phone and stored many personal information in it. And some other people send many, spam message to people's phone with commercial intention or evil intention. These acts disturbed people's normal life and damage profit of service providers.In order to reduce the damage to service provider and the disturb to users, many spam call monitor systems are designed to handle this, such as black list, signal monitor and SMS(Short Messaging Service) call statistics and so on. But all those system have some defects, they can not control those spam call in time, can't be used widely for all kinds spam call and can't satisfy service provider's needs.The CMP (Call Monitor Platform) is a unify solution for spam call. The CMP system is deployed on an independent machine to collect logs of call and process them to exact spam call's attribute. So the CMP system can use the separate machine's compute ability and storage best to analyze logs and process them, and reduce the loads of BOSS(Business and Operation Support System) machine which runs the call service. Finally, the system displays all kinds of statistic data to user, such as excel, charts and so on.CMP system is divided into 3 layers:data collection layer, data process layer and data display layer. This paper's core is to implement those functions, such as collecting data, analyzing data and processing data. The data collection lays is designed to get call record to CMP machine from BOSS machine and manage those data. The data processing layer is to analyze those record file, process the record file and load them to database. Then the data display layer to show this data in multi-dimension to users with all kinds of methods. This paper first gives an introduction to the current situation of spam call. Then it explained the design of the CMP with 4 chapters. Chapter 1 introduced the background of spam call, the needs to control spam call of mobile service provider and the architecture of CMP. Chapter 2 analyzed the needs of data collection, data processing and analysis of call record. Then it explains the hard points and key technology of implement the system, then compare with some solutions to find a good solution. Chapter 3 do some detail designs of data collection system based on those requirement analysis. Firstly it introduced the architecture and workflow of subsystem, then divided subsystem into 3 modules, such as data manage module, configuration manage module and call record analysis module. Secondly, it introduced the detail design and implementation of the 3 modules. Chapter 4 do some test of the system, to make sure the system meets mobile service provider's needs. Chapter 5 introduced current situation of DMP system and its application in 3 provinces. Also it analyzed the system and find some defect of the system need to be design better for future application.
