Wireless Mesh network which is comprised of wireless router and terminal equipment is a new kind of wireless access network, With multi-hop, self-organization, self-healing and high capacity and date rate, it have a promising future. The routing protocol research is one of the most popular topic in wireless Mesh network research. The routing technology would be discussed in this paper.According to the weakness of the current routing protocols based on demanding, this paper proposes a method which is based on an integrated service packet delay and queue length of node to node. It can dynamically estimate the time-delay in order to estimate the current node delay. This paper uses the routing protocol (AODC) based on delay-demand to check the practicability of the algorithm. The average end to end delay and network packet loss rate and throughput of the AODC_Improve and AODC routing protocols are shown in the simulation and comparesion. After the simulation, it could be conclude that the proposed protocol leads improvement of the average delay, packet loss rate and throughput Some large volume of service demands end to end delay. A improved routing protocol which is based on node-based delay and the minimum consume of link is proposed. This novel protocol control the speed of route request packets through node-based delay. It selects the link with minimum consume of node as route from the first requests arriving to the destination node, which can achieve better load balancing, decrease the end to end delay and increase network throughput. Compared with AODV and DLAR in the simulation part, the proposed protocol gives the higher throughput and lower average delay, packet loss rate than the others...
