There has been a lot of editing system s which have achieved the majority requires of newspaper production, however, most of the editing systems have not yet able to really satisfy real-time high requirements in the of information collection and delivery of manuscripts, pictures, video, audio and other media. Dependent on the previous release way, which needs computer terminals to send presentations, but the portable performance of computer is not satisfactory, so journalists must re-input the news report on a fixed- locations computer after getting the information, so that the manuscript can not be sent to newsroom at the first time, Timeliness is greatly influenced. Front-line news staff, who often constrained by time, space, equipment, networks, and other factors, are unable to work quickly and efficiently. Due to the field collection, manuscript input, manuscript sending can not be finished synchronously, which makes the period of news dispatches extended. In addition, after submitting the manuscript, the reporter also urgently wants to know whether his manuscript is accepted, modified, issued on the bar and so on.
