With the development of the technology and applications of network, the increasing of network bandwidth and the enhanced user demand for personalized service, the user demand for tourist attractions online videos is enhanced. Through collecting various tourism related videos' information, tourism spot online attraction video active service system extracts user interest information by explicit and implicit methods, analyses the user information and gets the word weight vector, establishes user interest model, and provides user with personalized tourism video information services. The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1) The thesis accomplishes the designation of the system's architecture and the designation of video information database. The system extracts word weight vector to descript the video from the video-related information, such as labels, description, name, and related comments. The thesis accomplishes the treatment of the video related information.(2) The system acquires user information through explicit way and implicit way. It gets the word weight vectors of user interest information and user dislike information from the information that has been acquired. The system achieves the update control of the word-weight vectors.(3) The thesis builds the user interest model based on Bayesian method with user word weight vector. It calculates the degree of user interest in the video based on the user interest model and the video's word-weight vector. It achieves the update control of the user interest model. The system can determine the extent of the user preference about the videos through the interesting degree. (4) The system achieves the tourism video pushing services, including related videos pushing service and latest video pushing service. The system achieves the tourism video pulling service and tourism video network extension service. The thesis establishes the tourist attractions online video active service system based on user model.The thesis analyses the services of tourist related videos and establishes user model based on Bayesian method. The system can provide users with tourist attractions online video active service. It achieves satisfactorily results both in the quality of video service and the precision of video pushing service.
