With the rapid development of computer network, nowdays, internet is developing rapidly and being applicated widely. Digital watermarking technology is one of the most important application of information hiding technology,and it is one of the most important branches of information hiding technology.Now,it has becoming the hot spots of multi-media information security field.In this paper, the main work is as follows:1. We make the analysis of the basic knowledge of digital watermarking technology from its basic character, sort, common model, main application field and so on.2. In the paper, based on discrete cosine transform on digital watermarking are finished.Firstly,we deeply study the character of human visual frequency response,choose proper locations in DCT parameters for embedding watermarking.,and then the design principles are simulated and the performances are validated through some common attack experments of images. The experiment results show that it is very practical.3. Based on principles of Spread Spectrum Communication,using orthogonal code mudulation technique in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, we use orthogonal codes to hide watermark information. The experiment results show that it is very practical.
