Mobile management technology is one of the key issues that need urgent solution in ubiquitous, heterogeneous network environments. In multi-overlapping, heterogeneous network environments, the mobile management technology has been unable to meet the terminal with seamless switching, location management, terminal collaboration needs. Current mobility management technology research focused on the horizontal switching analysis, and vertical handoff technology is also a challenging problem.This paper analyzes different switching algorithms under different heterogeneous network environments, but these algorithms only considered the network,terminal or user features factors, without taking into account signaling overhead in the process of switching, so we propose a profit-based vertical handoff mechanism, it contain the signaling overhead and other factors into the profit function, through the profit function to make switching decisions. This paper also analyzes the HMIPv6 adaptive switching mechanism, and built a HMIPv6 test-bed system, based on the experiments between adaptive through signal strength and basic mobile HMIPv6 network switching have proved adaptive switching in improving the switching performance has a great advantage.Next,this paper put forward a new switched network model based on dynamic fuzzy neural network, with the combination of fuzzy logic and neural network to achieve the optimal choice with the target network, and by MIPv6 test-bed structures,combined with the integrated decision-making algorithm with the network performance parameters, to have a handover performance under the experimental analysis.Through simulation and experimental analysis, the algorithm can optimize target access network options, can effectively reduce the packet loss rate and guarantee QoS.In the end, the article summarizes the results of this paper, and pointed out the existence of the present study shortcomings, looked to the future of multi-overlapping, heterogeneous network environments in the handoff technology, Proposed further in-depth study suggestions.
