With the development of mobile communication technology, People started to look more and more mobile business applications. Context-Awareness Services is considered one of the main directions of mobile business applications. At present, many domestic and foreign research institutes, universities, began to study the related theory of Context-Awareness Services. Areas of research include the following:Related concepts of Context-Awareness Services, Middleware, Context computing, Context-Awareness System, Context generation, Context acquiring, Context processing, Context usage, Modeling of Context-Awareness, Framework of Context-Awareness System etc. Now the value chain and business model research on Context-Awareness Services is also in the blank at home and abroad. In China, the related research on Context-Awareness Services is still in its early stages.This paper is divided into five parts. The first is the Introduction, introduces the background of the study, the significance and the research contents and the methods about Business Model of Context-Awareness Services. The second part is the overview of the study of Context-Awareness; the purpose is to understand the current research direction and status about Context-Awareness. The third part analyzes and studies Context-Awareness Services from the perspective of the value chain. Through the value chain research of Context-Awareness Services, we hope to see more clearly the composition of the value chain, the chain roles and responsibilities of various businesses in the industrial chain, and their main activities, information service flow, capital flow, and business process about Context-Awareness Services. There are two purposes, one is to prepare the theoretical basis for the development of Context-Awareness Services.the other is to understand the relevant sectors involved in the Context-Awareness business, to make them understand the development opportunities in the development of Context-Awareness business. The fourth part is about the business model of Context-Awareness Services. We wish to provide an early theory of precipitation in the future Context-Awareness Services design and marketing applications. The last part is a summary, the innovative points and future research directions.
