The technology of identification is a foundational study of cryptography. Since theclassical identification, based on symmetric cryptography, commits serious threat, theidentification based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is playing a crucial role in infor-mation security. However, the management of certificates in PKI brings additional coststo the system. To solve this problem, identity based identification (IBI) schemes havebeen proposed. The work done in this paper is in the following:1. Summary analysis of the development of IBI.2. Propose a new IBI scheme. In the standard model, we show that: If the Compu-tational Diffie-Hellman (CDH) problem is hard, then the scheme is secure againstimpersonation under passive attack(i.e. ??????????? secure); if the One-More Computa-tional Diffie-Hellman (OMCDH) problem is hard, then it is secure against imperson-ation under active and concurrent attacks(i.e. ???????????/???? secure). In contract to theexisting IBI schemes, which are provably secure without random oracles, our schemehas higher efficiency, by reducing the number of bilinear pairing and exponentiationoperations.3. In recent years, cars are frequently stolen, because of the insecurity of electronic locks. We design a new automotive electronic lock system, by using the IBI scheme. Thesystem has higher security, with resisting replay, exhaustive and impersonate attacks. It's especially fit for high-end cars. |
