A Algorithm For Sfl With Mixed Optimization Strategy And Its Application

SFL is one of evolutionary algorithms of swarm intelligence based on the heuristic methods. The algorithm' s merits are simple concept, few parameters, fast calculation, easy realization and the disadvantages of the SFL are low efficiency and local optimum. Therefore, this paper proposes two new algorithms based on the conceptions of Differential Evolutio and Gauss Mutation operator. The proposed algorithms are verified by the BUMP. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.To further verify the advantages of the proposed algorithms, we built a new civil servant model with fuzzy integral classifier. The parameters of fuzzy integral are detemined by the new algorithm. The experimental precision can be as high as 75 %.
