Design And Implemengation Of Border Defense Regiment Network Examination System

With the development and enhancement of computer network technology, artificial intelligence and remote education, examination with computer is used more and more widely, and gradually going into the military education and training. It is a major reform to use the computer-this modern technological means of education to improve military education and training. It is a specific measure to improve training quality. With the military training information network popularized and perfected, the construction and application of the information resource system on network has become a primary mission of informational military training work in the current and future. The traditional method of examining which is not only inefficient, but also consumes manpower, material resources, and is restricted by some factors like personnel, time and space, has been very difficult to adapt to the development of modern military' needs, therefore a quick and efficient assessment of modern examination to meet the needs of military construction is urgently needed.The current network examination system which is still inadequate in functions, performance and the scope of application is difficult to adapt to the needs of military modern education and training, especially in test paper system, the long time-consuming and inefficiency are the restricting bottlenecks of the development examination system. With the continuous innovation of network technology, this paper uses new technologies to improve the current examination system. The urgent need on the reform of modern military education system is to research better on-line examination system to adapt to the development.In the light of the needs of the network assessment system to the military grassroots of this thesis, the design framework of the system, a database design and the function modules making up the system are analysed and given, it focuses on the test paper algorithm of on-line examination system and makes analysis and comparison on the current test paper generating algorithm and genetic algorithm. In view of the "premature convergence" phenomenon appearing in the traditional genetic algorithm, it designs a test paper generating algorithm based on improved genetic algorithms and proposes adopting the method of dynamic adjusting exchange operator, in order to enhance its search capabilities and inhibit the "premature convergence" phenomenon. It also proposes the appropriate encoding plan according to the characteristic of the test paper work. This can solve the problems of long time consuming and in efficiency better.This paper uses SQL Server 2000 as a database platform, adopts B/S model of architecture, combines ASP web application technology, builds the network examination system adapting to the military grassroots, and accomplishes the design and implementation of the management and examination system fuctions. It includes many function modules such as leader' audit, business managers'integrated management and students'on-line eramion. This examination system is mainly to solve the tedious work and the loopholes by manual exam papers and correcting papers and implements the digital and standardized examination so that the examination and correcting papers are more fair and reasonable. This system also makes the examination transparent and public and form a unified network, and paperless online examination system.
