Recently , with the popularity of highway and automobile industry , Speed has been greatly improved over previous . As to be the main component parts of a vehicle , the high speed put forward higher requirements the quality of the tires . When the car at high speed , every tiny mass nonuniform and shape irregular will made a tremendous affect to car . It affects the car's ride comfort and handling , and it can also cause serious traffic accidents . So , in recent years , major automobile manufacturers have matching tires made on testing requirements . There are two main factors affect the tyre quality : the mass nonuniform and shape irregular , reflected to detection are dynamic imbalance detection and contour detection .In this paper , through the contour detection method , and propose a laser sensor method to check the contour of tyre and give the detailed describe of the principle of detection system , For modern industrial high precision and high efficiency requirements , designed an automated system which can auto complete tires automatic transmission , automatic installation , auto air inflation , laser sensor accurate positioning , automatic tire contour data collection , processing , display and so on . Made a detailed describe of the motion control system component and multi CPU system principle , especially give two methods which used by PLC CPU to activate SFC programs ; To meet the Signal acquisition system requirements for the impulse control , we designed an impulse control board and made a detailed analyses for the principle of the board ; Another important task in this paper is sampling signal processing . Generally speaking, the processing steps includes signal preprocessing , concave-convex compute and harmonic analysis . In preprocessing step , we select low-pass filter fist to filtering the original sampling signal . Give the detailed describe of how to design a low-pass filter in use of window function and select the rational rank . Simulation make it clearly that most of the"noise"has been filtered. At the same time, we give the definition of concave-convex and roundness ; Finally elaborated on the meaning of harmonic analysis and gives fast Fourier transform based on principles of harmonic analysis .
