With the industrial control objects becoming more and more complicated, and the requests for high control accuracy increasing day by day, the coupling state between CVDS and DEDS in industrial control process is getting clearer everyday. Advanced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system with multi-channel function has typical hybrid characteristics too. Based on the analysis of functional requirements and structure from the perspective of multi-channel hybrid system,an implementation project supporting multi-channel control is proposed,which solves the dynamic resource management and coordination among the channels of CNC system.To address the above problems to be solved,firstly, we study of the hybrid system modeling and control theory in-depth, discuss the current hybrid system of the main issues and a hybrid system model structure, and give the current problems facing the Institute of hybrid systems.Secondly, we make an analysis of the disadvantages in the design and development process of traditional control system, propose an actor-oriented modeling design, and study about the PtolemyII, which includes the structures of actors and their communication mode, and models of computation, etc.Thirdly,according to hybrid system's hierarchy model based on multi-channel characteristics, we use token-based FSM method to manage and distribute the resources among channels.Finally, the design and implementation of adding the role of multi-channel and the automatic generation of the axial element model code on PtolemyII, and simulation examples to verify the validity of the model is given.It accomplishes the multi-channel control functional model design job based on hybrid control theory. It solves the resource preemption among channels, and researches the code generating process of PtolemyII. All in all,the research involved has shortened developing cycles and heightened working efficiency.
