Particleboard is one of the three principal products of wood-based panels, with many excellent features. Reasonable use of Particleboard can save a lot of timber resources, our country lack of wood, to development Particleboard production is an important path for improve wood utilization and increased wood supply. Glue dosing process is one of important mark of particleboard production technical standards, whether it can be met by requiring accurate ratio and proportion to uniform dosing is the key to measure the glue system quality level, and it's an important approach to conserve resources and protect the environment.Particleboard dosing control system mainly present the process that glue flow follows wood shavings flow changes. Since dosing pipeline pressure, distance, interference and other factors, there is a non-linear system structure, delay and latency, and many other issues, the precise mathematical model is very difficult to obtain. Particleboard robust H∞control strategies is proposed based on LMI in this dissertation with the analysis of the glue dosing process of particleboard and robust control theory.By analysing of properties of perform link motor and pump of the the glue dosing system, the work thoery and relationship between the flow of glue and the input frequency is presented. By applying a FLUENT software on flowmeter flow simulation, the cause of the disturbance is revealed. In existing experimental data, system identification Toolbox for MATLAB is used for model parameter estimation, particleboard glue dosing system model with interference is establishedResearch current situation fo glue system of particalbaord and robust H∞control theory is explained, the basic idea of robust H∞control and H∞standard control problems is discussed. State feedback and output feedback controller design methods based on LMI is given, state feedback and output feedback controller of robust H∞control is designed combining with the system model.For the disturbance and uncertainty of particleboard glue dosing process, analysing of on closed-loop system, controllers is designed through robust H∞control make the system more robust anti-jamming features and stability by means of MATLAB software simulation.
