With the development from Chinese opening and reforming to today, the apparel industry in our country has been experiencing the industry process that from the initial growth and development to the current fierce competition. Many apparel brands express the view that the apparel industry has entered the phase which is called the marginal profit. Brutal competitions in the industry reflect in the occupation the market and suppress their competition antagonist. Since the impact of the financial tsunami, the sales of the apparel industry plummet. The inventory sharp increase, the capital turnover of enterprise flow slowly.Fierce competition in the apparel industry, it reflects in the client's competition. For the apparel industry sales fall, the main reason is loss of customer.Presenting Data Mining aspects of technology, this thesis analyze the customer loyalty through analysis customer's characteristics. It can help enterprises retain their customers, and stability of their clients, thus stabilizing their sales. On the one hand, it makes the enterprise earnings maximized. At the same time, it can correspond reduce costs and increase profits. Meanwhile, it digs out the enterprise's potential customers through the Data Mining to the target customers in garment CRM. It can expand into new customers for enterprise. Thus, it plays an important role for stability and increase in sales. On the other hand, it creases the conditions for looking for new economic spin-offs.Taking a certain brand of actual data in an east of china city, this thesis apply decision tree classification, rule induction technology to make data mining. By analyzing the characteristics of their customers, it digs out the potential customers and the customers'loyalty degree. At the same time, applying the decision tree classification of data mining technology and analysis services in SQL server, this thesis build architecture mining model which is based on analysis potential customers and customer loyalty. By researching and analyzing, this thesis obtains potential customer model and customer loyalty model which are base on the apparel industry. These models can solve the apparel industry categorize customer behavior, highlight the behavior model that the characteristics of different customer. So it results in the decision-making results that have directly relation. It provides a useful direction for the enterprise customer relationship management and market expansion.
