The Quantitative Analysis Of Bbs Based On Social Network Analysis And Data Mining

With the rapid development of the Internet, the amount of the netizen has increased drastically, and the BBS became to the place where netizen expressed their opinions. The web opinion came into our sight though the BBS. with the characteristics of anonymity, open, space-time crossing and low controlled, the Internet had large difference compared with traditional media, and the management of web opinion came out to be quite important. As the discipline of the spread of web opinions was deeply hide in the wide internet, and hard to grasp, the management of the web opinion was very difficulty.The rise of the method of Data mining and Social Network Analysis brought an opportunity to us. This paper adopted Data mining and Social Network Analysis anglicizing the situation of post and reply of a BBS in a university during some time separately. In one aspect, we extracted the top 50th posts in two month, and made a model computing the feature of lifecycle of the posts, then made cluster with the method of Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering, after that we find some rule between the cluster and other feature of the posts with method of Association analysis. In the other aspect, we extracted all posts in one day, made one mode between the users another mode between users and posts, and analysis the position of the users in the network, and finally concluded the rules about the spread web opinions. We gave some management comments about BBS according to the rules.It is concluded that the method comprised data mining and social network analysis could depict some feature of the spread of web opinions...
