With the development of information technology and computer science, management informationization and office automation gradually spread to every field in concern with work and study. The management information of education has become a hot topic and research object. This thesis mainly focuses on: the processing of operation flow/state and formulation of operation rules by means of MVC design model in the electronic exam marking analysis and process management system; spiral developing methods; the application of XML in data inter-operation so as to implement the exchange of data in this system with those other systems; how technologies of Web Service solve the problem of integration of one system with application programs running on other heterogeneous platforms and the data exchange involved. Besides, this thesis has also done some research and practice on system testing and continuous quality assurance of the system after it is completed.Struts framework has been adopted in the thesis to complement MVC design model, which separates the functions of control and display in the system. In doing so, certain amount of time and manpower can be saved; the speed of research can be quickened; and the application of Bean can be realized from the point of management. In order to facilitate the management of paper-marking, the system divides the accesses to the system into four levels: namely, the access to the super administrator; the access to school administrator; the accesses to the users of teachers and students. The super administrator possesses the highest power; the school administrators arrange the courses, and the management of classes and teachers; the teachers are responsible for the arrangement of their classes and examinations; and the students can search for information concerning their own examinations. With the application of this system, the purpose of management of different levels has been realized. Meanwhile, with the application of the Spiral Developing method, the risk concerning the quality of the software in the cycle of research has been decreased, and the quality of the software has been guaranteed.What's more, the thesis adopts the Quality Assurance of Software Engineering and the Spiral Developing method after the completion of the system to test electronic paper-marking and intelligence evaluation system. In the process of research,"PDCA Quality Round"is adopted and it is divided into four steps----planning, complementing, checking and improvement. In addition, with the"Continual Quality Improvement Theory"of Deming as the theoretical guideline, the author of the thesis made the plan for the quality of the system at the very beginning of the design of the project. And the author of the thesis also made the plan for the testing of the system. Finally, the entire development process of the project is summarized.
