Along with the progress of computer security, not only the software security, but also the hardware security—physical attack resistant is thought to be more and more important. SMP system is an important commercial platform and enhancing the physical attack resistant of SMP sytem makes a great significance. The basic techniques of physical attack resistan are memory confidentiality and integrity protection, but we still need more other security techniques for the protection of memory in multiprocessor systems.According to the memory secure protection techniques of SMP systems and bus-based consistent protocol, the memory data confidentiality and integrity of shared memory were studied. Therefore: 1, a new communication protocol was proposed between caches and the data security protection was accomplished; 2. adopting the Counter encryption mode, and combining the GCM mode, a new secure architecture was designed with better performance; 3. the software distribution and secrecy share problems were solved; 4. the implement of hash integrity tree was analyzed and a method of protecting the security of swap space was proposed; 5. RSIM multiprocessor simulator of Rice university was studied , SSMP system was simulated by using RSIM, the simulation and data result was analyzed, six applications were executed to evaluate the performance. simulating result shows that our scheme is efficient and feasible. only a slight performance degradation of 2% on average was observed.
