Networked control system is closed-loop feedback control system through controlling network and has many advantages, but the delay due to intervention of network and the saturation will cause modeling and analyzing of the system to be complicated. Based on the analysis of delay and saturation, combined with the optimal linear quadratic, linear matrix inequality and delay-dependent theory, the paper investigates the methods of analysis and design of networked control system with fixed-time delay, time-varying delay and input saturation. The system whose fixed-time delay is not longer than a sampling period, using linear transformation deals with status delay, controller is event-driven,actuator is time-driven,under these conditions,we build the mathematical model, use the optimal linear quadratic designs discrete optimal controller, and obtain the exponential stability of networked control system; For not longer than a sampling period and limited with input saturation, using the method of diagonal matrix deals with the saturation and linear quadratic optimal designs discrete optimal controller, obtain the conclusion of the discrete optimal controller when the local exponential asymptotic stability domain of attraction is largest. The system whose time-varying delay is not longer than a sampling period, using the method of singular matrix deals with status delay, the controller and actuator are event-driven, and building the mathematical model, using delay-dependent theory designs controller, obtain the conclusion of the sense of the Lyapunov asymptotic stability. The system whose time-varying delay is not longer than the known longest delay and limited with input saturation, using the method of convex combination deals with saturation and delay-dependent theory designs controller, obtain the conclusion of the sense of the Lyapunov asymptotic stability with the LMI method. Finally, the paper simulates the networked control system with delay and saturation. The methods can well solve the problems of stability, feasibility and effectiveness due to the delay and saturation.
