Study Of "Broad Vision" Network Video Surveillance System

"wide vision" video surveillance system is based on broadband IP network, a stream media technologies and Video Server system to provide the industry or public customers images, sounds and alarm signals remote collection, transmission, storage, processing and transmission of video surveillance system. This article describes the basic technologies of the "broad vision" video surveillance system and make analysis of the application of the movement detected technology intelligent control system used reducing background and analys the application of movement-detection-techndogy in intellgent monitering system,chooses the moving target detection method,which use the reduction of the background. Then,it achieves the detection of moving target under static background,at last,we also make test of this method.the test results shows:the background image frome background reducing mathod is very complete,the moving target could be extracted from forground very well,the single moving target could be found easily,numbers of targets could be found easily too.For the video image disturbed by noise,this method has a certain application to restrain,and tletects the moving target efficiently.
