Along with the high speed of the economy development, the transportation faces a rigorous test, transportation's hugging is numerous common failings of cities currently, the transportation hugs influence toward public trip also huge,these bring environment and society a series of problem. Academic circles' ising generally accepted to alleviate the valid means that the transportation hugs is an intelligence transportation currently.Dynamic analysis and estimate of transportation flow are an important foundation theorieses in several importance research of the intelligence transportation the realm, it not only has theories meaning but also has actual use, ability for trip provide the real-time the valid information, help them better carry on layout.Transportation's ising information-based is the problem that the management section of the international community transportation wants to resolve.The important problem of an information-based of the transportation is how can well make use of various softwareresource, can carry on valid integration to the information resource, can carry out the dispensation toward the transportation resource to do a correct decision thus, adopt a kind of software structure that can adapt variety can conduct and actions work°out the method of that problem.This paper studies from two aspects of traffic flow and GIS-T based onService-oriented, combine the actual requirement of the information-based project of the transportation department of Xinjiang, carried on a theories research to the estimate of transportation flow, make use of chaos theories to carry on an estimate improved the method of the biggest Lyapunov prediction. In order to satisfy the transportation information-based requirement,it have the ability is to the way of thinking that the software resource can integrate and this literary grace sets up an item software with the thought of service. To meet the demand of traffic information development and be able to integrate software resources, this paper construct project software based on services.Take the public travel system as an example,we analyzes the system's nucleus function and carry out them by the services and make the map service, trip layout services combed together by the nonsynchronous technique into a prototype system.Thought this example we not only satisfy the quality of resource integration,but also give the developer a technique map.Solve the problem of resource integration on the information layout level and the GIS-T problem of the sustain,extension, co-operate and network ont the technique level.
