Information hiding is a new technique in the field of information security in recent years. Based on hiding carrier, information hiding can be divided into image information hiding, video information hiding, voice information hiding, text information hiding and various forms of data information hiding. Webpage has its own advantages compared to other carriers:hidden information in webpages is more imperceptible and secure because of its relatively small capacity, and it's hard to be intercepted and noticed due to the acceleration of speed in the network transmission. How to deliver important information safely via webpages and verify its integrity and credibility becomes crucial for information security.This study conducts in-depth researches on and designs two kinds of webpage information hiding algorithms. Experiment results show that those algorithms have good imperceptibility and security. In addition, information hiding technology is also applied to webpage's anti-tamper detection.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of webpage information hiding technology and analyzes in detail the current research status of webpage information hiding both at home and abroad. Secondly, it presents an algorithm of webpage information hiding, which is based on the attribute of rows and columns in the table. The rule relies on the parity of width value of two adjacent columns in one row, as well as height value of two adjacent rows in one column. It adopts an entirely new approach for webpage information hiding and shows good imperceptibility and security.Thirdly, it proposes an innovative way of thinking on how to hide information in Flash animation.An information hiding model is recommended along with its algorithm to meet the need of copyright protection and covert communication of the Flash products. The approach will not influence the playback effect of the Flash, and it can encrypt information to prevent unauthorized access. The method has features of high capacity, good security and anti-attack capability.Finally, the webpage information hiding algorithm based on table attribute and the information hiding algorithm based on Flash animation are applied on the homepage of URT website system. Take the homepage of URT website system as an example, this study builds a model of timing detection and real-time notification and proposes an innovative approach to apply webpage information hiding technology to webpage's anti-tamper detection.
