With the rapid development of space technology and endless platforms for remote sensing survey, the methods for us to get the data of remote sensing image have been increasing diversified. In front of the features and complexity of remote system, how to improve the speed and efficiency of its products, and how to make full use of the resources has become the most important topic in the field of remote sensing system. Accordingly, cooperating with Institute of Remote Sensing Application Chinese Academy of Sciences, this essay will make great contributions to the new structures and the methods for calculating the tasks.(1) Design based on SOA. This essay analyses the structure of the software system and the software based on component. Meanwhile, considering the real needs in this field, we design a set of System Architecture suitable for remote sensing field, which will be completed by Web Service. We cut the cost greatly by encapsulating application programs into services, and expand the system by encapsulating the components into services.(2) Multi-tasks driven Queues for task scheduling. We will present our own solutions to divide the tasks. A premium scheduling strategy can be gained through the combination of Min-min and Max-min in the following essay. There are three steps in the tasks and distributions in each step. At the same time, we simplify the procedures and enhance the speed, so that we can make it move faster and save the resources.(3) The realization of the system. Featured with real needs of the remote sensing center, we realize the development of platforms with the help of NET. After putting into use, the problems are as follows can be solved: the management, the scheduling, processing and displaying of the remote sensing products. Obviously, it will simplify the production and operation; exemplify the practicability and the ease for use. Above all, it will produce distinguished economical and social benefits, especially the economical benefits.
