As a special logistic model and an important medical service system components,medical devices logistics is an process which flows the medical device entitatively from manufacturers to the Medical Therapy Unit,even to the patient directly.In the recent years,with the vigorous development of the medical industry and the increasing demand for medical devices, the logistics of medical devices are widely used.Since the distribution costs basically borne by the patient now,and medical devices logistics distribution routing in China are determined by the driver's rule of thumb,the distribution of medical devices is short of scientific,which made the transportation costs increased Therefore, using optimization algorithms to optimize the path of medical devices have greater theoretical and practical value.The major contribution of this paper is summarized as follow:1. Sketched research background and significance of distribution routing optimization, summarized about distribution routing optimization model and algorithm research, discusses the development, the basic principles, characteristics of ant colony optimization, as well as improved ant colony algorithm.2. In order to minimize the cost as the objective, established conventional medical devides logistics distribution routing optimization model, and used improved ant colony optimization for solving the model at the same time. By the simulation, verified the improved ant colony optimization is superior to the basic ant colony optimization.3. According to characteristics, which the special medical devices needed to reach within the specified time, formd special medical devides logistics distribution optimization optimization model.Then solved the model by using the improved ant colony optimization. Experiments proved that optimized quality of the two improved ant colony optimization is better than the traditional ant colony optimization.4. Established in the shortest time for emergency medical devices distribution route optimization model of single vehicle and multiple vehicle models, exploited the improved ant colony optimization for sloving the models.The experiments verified its validity.
