Digital signature technology is one of the important tools in information integrity and identity authentication. It has become a principal technology in information security field. As a technology which endows the signers with anonymity, ring signature has been widely used.The appearance of quantum computer is a threat to the security of traditional cryptosystems, so the multivariable cryptography was born, and attracts more and more attentions. The MPKCs has a better performance both in memory space and time than the traditional cryptosystems. Till now almost all the ring signature scheme is based on the traditional cryptosystem. This paper tries to construct a more secure ring signature scheme by taking advantage of quadratical multivariable polynomial on finite field in the base of the research of MPKCs. The main contributions are as follows.We use the quadratical multivariable polynomial on finite field to construct a ring signature scheme based on MPKCs, and give a specific ring signature scheme based on the Rainbow signature system. The ring signature scheme can resist the known attacks. It has higner efficiency than the traditional ring signature schemes, and has greater advantages in efficiency.According to the ring signature based on MPKCs, we proposed a convertible ring signature based on MPKCs. The scheme has the properties of ring signature scheme, if necessary, the actual signer can prove to the verifier that he (she) actually signed the signature. The program can be used in some special occasions such as tip-offs, awarding rewards.
