Vibration rod level sensor would be corroded seriously to reduce its performance life and affect safety in production when it is used in CAPO plant.Thus,it becomes necessary to develop this kind of level sensor,which would be able to work stably with the strong corrosive environmentjto solve the problems of short working life and safety production.In order to improve its ability of corrosion resistant, we research a kind of vibration rod level sensor based on the principle of sensor.And the level sensor of anti-corrosion technological process. As to the struction of this newly developed sensor, we make sensor modal and analysis using ANSYS software, confirm reasonable frequency by scanning the frequency range of control system requirement and calculating mode of vibration, optimize the structure design by the test between theory model and prototype parameters.Newly developed vibration rod level sensor improves the ability of corrosion resistant.We effectively solve the problem of the setting for sensor natural frequency parameter and finding a reasonable basis to discriminate the level sesor of resonant frequency,establish the modal analysis model in Solidworks and ANSYS,get the reliable point of resonant frequency and complete a vibration rod level sensor based on the principle of sensor at last.Experimental research proves that the system frequency of new vibration rod level sensor is reliable and highly corrosion-resistant and performs well.It can be use in the field of chemical industry to measure strong corrosive material. It has important practical valve.
