After a detailed study of sensing and conducting mechanism of donor and acceptor doping SrTiO3, further researches were carried out on the two doping materials. Then the factors test method was designed to make out the optimal doping quantities. The donor SrTiO3 oxygen sensors were fabricated by high temperature solid phase synthesis and sol-gel method, which were compared to find the best preparation method. The acceptor SrTiO3 oxygen sensors were fabricated by high temperature solid phase synthesis, which was felt around to get some improvement. In addition, based on the oxygen-sensing properties of donor and acceptor doping SrTiO3, application prospect was analyzed.X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was employed to analyze the samples. XRD showed that the doped samples fabricated by high temperature solid phase synthesis and Sol-Gel attached good perovskite structure; SEM images indicate that the grains of the samples fabricated by high temperature solid phase synthesis are small and loose, which is propitious to oxygen absorption, while samples prepared by Sol-Gel didn't show any advantages in micro morphology.Testing results show that: donor doping SrTiO3 has superior oxygen-sensing property under high temperature condition. But acceptor doping SrTiO3 used under 400~600℃is more applicable.
