For an engineering project in navigation application, using the theory of array signal processing, some space/space-time anti-jamming algorithms and their hardware implementation are studied. The main works can be summarized as follows.1. Space/space-time anti-jamming algorithms for some navigation receiver system are analyzed. The array model is constructed and adaptive filtering criteria are introduced. Especially, we examine the performance of the Capon method, the power inversion method and the space-time method based on LCMV criteria. Furthermore, in complex interference environments, the performances of the latter two methods on signal-noise-ratio (SNR) loss are compared through computer simulation, and their advantages and disadvantages are given.2. Since interferences may be moving or time-varying in practice, the conventional methods degrade, even become invalid. The subspace tracking methods for moving-jammer suppression in navigation application are developed. The simulation results prove the validity of these methods.3. The hardware system structure and the detailed work flow of an anti-jamming processor of the navigation systems are proposed. The interfaces connected DSP with all external devices are designed in detail. In addition, the secondary loading program is efficiently designed for the large-size program with the low automatic program load from Flash. Simulated results show that the designed navigation anti-jammer processor can mitigate the effect of interferences on navigation system.
