The system designed based on the searching engine, WWW, third part's angle, it can make great effort to the company's quality of construction, assessment.This article basing on the searching engine, designed a more functional website assessment system, it can process the indicator automatically. Its main work is: design a complex whole article searching engine basing on the WWW, the system can make cross-platform work with the WWW, FTP, relational database, Lotus Notes database, Word and Text document, it also provide full-text search service. The system have the function of keyword search, high level complex search, classification search, snap shot and so on. The second is to build a network of information resources in the secondary analysis and assessment of models, using search engines and Web mining technology on various Web sites and online information resources of data mining, through the computer gets various specifications for automatic analysis of the whole network, any Web site and any Web page of the analysis and evaluation function. The system is designed which taking into account the system's advanced, usability, compatibility, reliability, fault tolerance, scalability, and flexibility, in accordance with the software engineering thought, combined with the established design principles.
