The Studies On The Improvement Of Genetic Algorithm And Application

Compared with the traditional algorithms, genetic algorithm has obvious advantages in the practical engineering application. Firstly, the basic principle of genetic algorithm is introduced, and the realizing process of the genetic algorithm which based on the real number coding is discussed. Then, the basic thought and algorithm procedures of the particle swarm algorithm, multi-complex algorithm, ant colony algorithm and artificial immune algorithm are analyzed respectively, a set of evaluation system is established to analyze the advantages of these algorithms, and the genetic algorithm is improved by these advantages. Two new algorithms:the genetic algorithm based on particle swarm and artificial immune genetic algorithm are deduced. These two new algorithms are used in boiler combustion model for optimizing. The results show that the improved genetic algorithm is compared with the traditional genetic algorithm with great progress. Finally, the whole paper is summarized and future is forecasting.
