The Research Of Hunan Prosecutorial Information Security System

After years of development, Chinese prosecutorial Network has built a nationwide high-speed network, and carries out a series of application. However, the potential security problems in prosecutorial network have hampered the developing of the information system.This paper analyzes the security background and requirement of the prosecutorial information system, brief introduces the development of information security,focuses on the RSA algorithm,access control and PKI authentication and other basic theoretical knowledges,designs the security system in Hunan's procuratorate from two aspects about the communications network security and unified authentication.Security in the communication and network platform, this paper combines with the actual situation in Hunan's Procuratorate, analyzes the physical layer and the network layer.In the physical layer,the paper considers how to prevent information leakage.In the network layer, the paper achieves the Multi-layer filtering of data by using ACL, firewall and intrusion prevention technologies.The prosecutorial identity certificate management system is trying to build a unified authentication system throughout the country by using PKI technology. The paper designs the CA, RA and CRL in the authentication system, produces identity certificate by using RSA algorithm. And the paper also designs the processes about the application,revocation, renewal and resume of the certificates. In the Application layer, the authentication system will combines with the application software to prevent the unauthorized users access.Finally, this paper analyzes some further topics that the security system must be improved.
