Development of Computer network change the teaching mode, especially network of teaching resource is an inevitable tendency. Recently network teaching technology is developing very fast, but because of individualism of language,still are not suitable for Mongolian teaching resource.Nowadays, each school of our region has its own Mongolian teaching resource, but each school adopted different standard and coding so can not share the teaching resource. since publication of standard <>, those teaching resource of each school has a unique description standard and that standard is bind with XML. This gives management and share of Mongolian teaching resource a lot of benefit.In order to establish a small index size and high queries-per-second XML Mongolian teaching resource index model, we analyzed the Mongolian morphology, grammer and primary XML index technology, accomplished two index technology DIXPI and XKSS. Adopts TF and DF to ascertain the Mongolian stoplists and confirm the Stemming rules.As to data mapping of storage model method, this text experimented on five different size Mongolian teaching resources. Result shows that when document size is within 80MB OXInsert method performs better, larger than 80MB then SDM method performs betterWith regard to index model, experiment shows that XKSS is better than DIXPI and Mongolian stoplists and Stemming rule shrink index size.In order to execute effective management also developed Mongolian learning resource management system based on web.
