This paper does cross-theoretical study by combining quotient space theory and clustering analysis. Firstly, a model of fuzzy clustering analysis based on quotient space is proposed, which improves the capability on processing high-dimensional data, and gives some improvement on the method of fuzzy similar matrix construction. Secondly, a typical clustering algorithm was studied thoroughly, according to its deficiencies some improvements are given, with the NCQS(New CURD based on Quotient Space) proposed. This algorithm not only improves the quality of clustering, but also maintains high processing efficiency. Finally, the paper applies the NCQS algorithm to the CRM customer segmentation modeling. The results show that the system can segment customers reasonably and dig out useful information, so as to provide effective reference on the decision-making of corporations.
