It is important to research the dynamic behaviors of population dynamics with im-pulsions not only in theory but also in practise. Lots of articles on disperse of population are published in recent years. But there are few of good conclusions for population of impulsive diffuse. In the second part of this article, we will discuss the dynamic behaviors of a kind of impulsive Logistic models. This research will be extensively applied in artificial neural networks due to the vast applications according to the experience of other experts. In the third part of this paper, we will discuss the stability of BAM neural networks of neutral type with delay, and get the conditions about globally asymptotic stability and globally exponentially stability. The outline of this paper is as following:In chapter 1, we introduce the biological background of population with impulsion, the models for impulsive population and its main results at first. Then the BAM neural networks of neutral type is introduced, including the background of its birth and the significance about it. Finally the organization of this paper is also presented about the population arid the BAM neural networks of neutral type.In chapter 2, we establish the model for the natural dispersal of a single species and discuss its permanence. Further, we research the dynamic question of the dispersal by using intermediate value theorem about continuous function and prove the existence about the positive fixed point of global asymptotic stability. Finally, some numerical examples and simulations are presented to show the correctness of the proposed methods. In chapter 3, the model for BAM neural networks of neutral type is made up at first. Then a new kind of Lyapunov function is introduced to get a sufficient condition about stability for the system. At the end of chapter 3, the conclusion is verified by some numerical examples and simulations.
