As the Field Programmable Gate Array has the characteristic of multi-programmable, it makes design much more flexible. With the rapid growth of FPGA capacity and the upgrade of its embedded CPU, FPGA has become the main hardware device for Embedded System. But the research of FPGA's implement in harsh environment has been not spread. The advantages of employing a reconfigurable computing in hardware design can be expressed as the gain in the easiness of the required programming effort, the reduced power consumption, the reduced price and even as the gain in computational speed over other solutions, or as a combination of all these metrics. After analysis three traditional DPR design flow, this paper gives an upgrade DPR design flow. A SOC system based on Dynamic Partial Self-Reconfiguration is designed to verify this flow.Author also makes some efforts to enhance the DPR system's fault tolerance ability. A method of using module relocation for fault tolerance is given. It's essential is to manipulate the configuration bitstream to remove the reconfigurable module.
