| With the rapid development of communication network, optical network makes people enter a new era of high-speed communication. However, the management of large-scale dynamic optical communication becomes an important task. With the manual and decentralized management and low degree automation, an urgent need to establish an integrated network management system to solve this problem.The author develops an intelligent network management system for SDH equipment supported by manufacturer. The management system not only manages single device, but also manages many devices and business transmission among them, to achieve a dynamic and intelligent management purposes. This article briefly introduces system structure and related technologies about the system, mainly starting from business management, analyses and researches path route selection problem. According to the transmission network, the author applies an improved shortest path selection algorithm to the system. Through the experiment, the algorithm not only reduces the time that the system calculates the route, but also improves the rate of resource utilization.On the other hand, subnet connection protection is an important function for SDH transmission technology and has a significant role in the survivability of the network. Achieving this function is the important goal for designing the network management system. After the analysis and compare for the SDH protection/recovery mechanism, the author focuses on the principle of SNCP, combining with the actual scene, designs and implements it in detail from representation layer to communication interface layer. Through the test, the system has good security and performance. Finally, the author makes a summary of the whole research and gives some future work from several deficiencies. |
