In this paper, analysis of the high-power IGBT characteristics, working principle and application of the background, based on the power for a further expansion of power supply requirements, using the parallel IGBT expansion method, from the theoretical analysis of the impact of IGBT and the uneven flow of the static interaction a variety of factors, puts forward corresponding countermeasures, then establish the paralleling current balance simulation system, and conduct a simulation analysis. Arising in the course of work for the IGBT voltage peaks, current peaks and large switching losses, the paper theoretically analyzed in detail IGBT inverter bridge snubber circuit of the working principle of a buffer circuit is derived formula for calculating the parameters of each component. On this basis, the four groups for IGBT modules in parallel, in the single-phase full-bridge circuit simulation under the conditions of work, focusing on the impact of current-quantitative analysis of the stray inductance and so on. Finally, according to the design of reducing parallel IGBTs' stray inductance and guarantee the principle of structural symmetry, using half-bridge IGBT modules, schematic diagram of the actual module and the physical module are gave.
